Refund Policy

At Embarras Quilting, customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship are our top priorities. We strive to ensure every quilt we complete meets or exceeds your expectations. However, due to the custom nature of quilting services, we have established the following refund policy:

 

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Payment will be required to reserve your place in our quilting schedule.

  • If you need to cancel your quilting service before work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible. In this case, any payment made may be refunded if work has not started.

 

Work in Progress

  • Once quilting has begun, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

  • If you have concerns about your project during the quilting process, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

Completed Projects

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed quilting services due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of the work.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the final product due to a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect thread color, misapplied design), we will work with you to offer a reasonable solution, which may include:

    • A partial refund (case-by-case basis),

    • A discount on future services,

    • Or other forms of remediation.

 

Shipping Damage

  • We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. Please consider requesting insured shipping or using your preferred courier with tracking and insurance.  We will use USPS for insured returns to the customers and will provide tracking information.

 

Customer Supplied Materials

  • We are not liable for defects in customer-supplied quilt tops, backing, or materials. Please ensure your materials are clean, squared, and in good condition before submitting.
